Introduction
If you forgot your GrowthWheel Online password or have issues when trying to sign in with your existing username and password, use these steps to reset it and regain access to your account.
How to do it
1. On the login page, select "Forgot Password"
2. Type in the email address that you are using to login in Growthwheel Online. The link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
3. Check your email (spam folder) and look for the message sent by Growthwheel. It will have a subject line "Your request for a new password to GrowthWheel Online"
4. Click the link from the email, then type in your new password
5. After that, you will be re-directed to the Growthwheel Login page, use your new password to login.
