INTRODUCTION
Learn how to add legal information and documents to a company. You can categorize and chose types of documents so that you can stay organized throughout the process.
HOW TO DO IT
1. Find the Business Profile
Go to “My clients” and select a client. Click on “Business Profile”.
2. Edit legal information
Click the 'Legal” tab, you will see how you can add legal information, such as founded date, business registration number, legal entity, and capital stock.
3. Upload document(s)
Scroll down to add legal documents to GrowthWheel Online. You have the option to upload documents in the following categories: corporate, intellectual property, client legal, supplier legal, employee legal.
4. Finalize document upload
Upload the document, choose a type (every category has different types), and edit information such as document title or personal comment. Click “Save” when you are done.
