Introduction
The following steps explain how you can create a future interaction or meeting, and how you can access the messages you have sent to your client.
How to do it
1. Create a new Interaction of the type Face-to-Face meeting and add a title, e.g. “Follow-up Meeting”.
2. Set a future date and time for the meeting.
3. From the 'Client Relation’ menu, click the tab 'Mailbox' to view the messages you sent to the client.
