Introduction

The following article explains how you can do an online Screening for your mentee, add decisions and actions, share the screening, or request a new screening.

Make a new screening

1. In GrowthWheel Online, navigate to My Mentees and select the mentee you want to create a screening for. Next, go to the menu 'Decisions and Actions'.

2. Choose the tab '360° Screenings' and click '+ 360° Screening'.

3. Add a title to the Screening. Select the screening type (click the headlines to read a guide about different types). After choosing between Status Assessment, Opportunity Assesment or Skills Assessment, complete the rest of chart by following the next step. 

4. Give a score of 25%-100% on some or all of the Focus Areas as shown above. By doing an opportunity assessment for example, you will gain better insights into what areas provide an opportunity by focusing on them. 

Add decisions and actions

1. Click the dialogue icon that appears when you mouse over a Focus Area in the wheel.

2. Add a decision or an action to the Screening. They will appear under the screening. 

Request a screening 

1. Select a mentee and go to the 'Bulk actions' dropdown menu. Next, select 'Request a 360° Screening'.

2. Name the Screening and mark out which type of Screening you would like to request.

3. Add a message to the mentee(s).

4. Click 'Send Request'.
