Introduction 

Using the Business Profile, you or your mentee can quickly write and print a good-looking PDF report with a description of the mentee's business.  It is different and faster than a conventional business plan in that the Business Profile is focused on facts and on the current situation of the company. 



How to create a business profile 

1. Select a company in the My Mentees menu and click the menu 'Business Profile'.


2. Click the tab ‘Contact' to add the company’s contact information and the social media it uses.




3. Add information about the business by clicking 'Business' next to the 'Contact' tab. Here you can add a business description, as well as information about Products/Services, Markets/Customer Segments, and Competitors/Market Players.



4. Add team members and partners of the company in the 'Team' and 'Partners' tab.


5. Add legal information to the company such as the founding date, and add legal documents. Next, add financial information to the company regarding revenue, profit and employees.

6. Download the full business profile in PDF.
