How to Handle Account Deletion Requests

This article outlines the steps to manage account deletion requests effectively using Freshdesk.


  1. Click on the Canned responses icon on your reply window.
  2. The Canned responses box will appear on the right side, search for delete.
  3. Find Request to delete an account.
  4. Insert it to your response.
  5. Make edits if needed.
  6. Click Send.
  7. Update ticket properties accordingly and resolve.
