How to Handle Account Deletion Requests
This article outlines the steps to manage account deletion requests effectively using Freshdesk.
- Click on the Canned responses icon on your reply window.
 - The Canned responses box will appear on the right side, search for delete.
 - Find Request to delete an account.
 - Insert it to your response.
 - Make edits if needed.
 - Click Send.
 - Update ticket properties accordingly and resolve.
