Introduction

The following steps explain how you can log interactions with a client such as meetings. Doing so, you can keep track of the topic of the meeting, the time, and the duration. 



How to do it

1. Select a client from the 'My Clients’ menu.


2. Go to menu 'Client Relation'. Click the tab 'Interactions' and create a new Interaction by clicking '+ Interaction'.



3. Review the types of Interactions and select one.


4. Add information about the meeting, including a title for the meeting, the time, and duration.


5. Save the Interaction as draft and notice how the Interaction appears as 'draft' on the list.
