Introduction
The following steps explain how you can share interactions and notify the client. By following the last two steps, you will be able to download summaries of interactions as PDF. These can in turn be uploaded to our own CRM system.
How to do it
1. In the Interaction, click 'Save & Share’, without notifying the client by email.
2. Share the interaction and notice how it appears as 'Shared' in the list of Interactions.
3. Reenter the Interaction and click 'Notify' in the right side of the screen to notify the client about the Interaction you shared with him/her.
4. Still in the ‘Interactions’ tab, click the download icon right of an Interaction to download a PDF file with a summary of the Interaction.
5. If you are using a CRM system in your organisation try to upload the PDF in there.
